Feels good to eat the heart of another animal and wash it down with a crapload of sugar. Mmm. Happy Valentine’s Day!

This is truly vile.
Both were pretty delicious, though I did feel a little squeamish about ripping the arteries et al off the hearts before I cooked them.
What’s the difference between golf sauce and “special” sauce that they put on hamburgers at fast food restaurants?
Just browsing through and came upon the pan fried hearts. Are they just sautéed, or is seasoning involved beyond S&P?
Also, is your golf sauce straight mayo and ketchup, or is there more to it?
Always looking for good stuff off the beaten track . . .
