		<description>I hope, as you say, they make a good alternative to dairy cheese which I&#039;m not supposed to eat for reasons of blood pressure and cholesterol.  But since I love heavy doses of it in macaroni and cheese (which I eat about once a month), I can&#039;t stop.</description>
